Confirmation that the coaches / officials first aid course scheduled for the 2nd of August 2008 has been cancelled.
I have organised a further course which will include a certified 'heart start' certificate (c/o British Heart Foundation) and an uncertified first aid update element to include key areas related to rugby injuries (fracture recognition and management, C-spine care, wound care, etc). Date and Time to be confirmed. Sorry for the delays. Wayne Pemberton U12s Manager / First Aid Co-ordinator Open AgePosted by: Admin2 on Thursday, June 19, 2008 - 05:53 PM

Pre-season Training Dates PublishedPosted by: Admin2 on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 - 08:41 PM

The long awaited Pre-season Training dates are now official. It is essential to all players that they attend these sessions as they are key to your fitness for the new season. Even missing one session will hinder you in your fitness and your ability to perform on the field and therefore your likeliness to be picked for the squad is reduced. This will be HARD physical fitness as any player who has been coached by Gary will tell you, I advise that you turn up fit and well and inform us of any injury or illness. If for a VERY GOOD reason you cannot attend please call Gary or Terry to inform them that you won't be attending the training session. Also you are advised to bring water to the training session as we cannot always provide you with some.
